Is there a free plan?
There is a 30-day free trial with full Growth-plan features, no credit card required. After your trial, choose Growth or Scale to keep full access.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Free onboarding for all restaurants during our launch year. We'll help you get up and running.
How does WhatsApp billing work?
WhatsApp is included in Growth and Scale plans. Meta charges ₹0.58 per conversation — we absorb the first 500/month. High-volume restaurants pay overages at cost.
Does DINORO take a cut of my payments?
No. We pass Razorpay charges through at cost (2% UPI, 2% card). DINORO earns only from your subscription.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at end of billing period. No lock-in contracts.
What if I have multiple outlets?
The Scale plan supports up to 3 outlets, each with unlimited tables, fully isolated with its own menu, staff, and data — one login manages all of them. Contact us for chain pricing beyond 3 outlets.
